Recently Adani Enterprises Limited officially announced that one of their popular brands, Adani Airport Holdings Limited has acquired a 99% stake in two different companies including Aviserve Facilities Private Limited and Aviground Facilities Private Limited. In this case, Mr Gautam Adani made a total investment of 1.98 crore rupees with 99 lakh allocated for each of the two companies.
According to the official news reports from one of the reputed news channels in India, CNBCTV 18, recently Adani Enterprises stated that “ ..we would like to inform you that Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has acquired a 99% stake in both Aviserve Facilities Private Limited (Aviserve) and Aviground Facilities Private Limited (Aviground),”.

Aviserve mainly focuses on multiple passenger support services including meet-and-greet assistance, baggage handling, lounge access, transportation services, check-ins, and immigration support. On the other hand, another company, Aviground Facilities Private Limited usually focuses on basic aviation terminal services. The first company was founded on 4th March 2021 and the second one was founded on 16th February 2021 and these companies are now a part of Adani Enterprises.
Aviground makes a revenue of 11000 rupees for the fiscal year of 2023-2024 on the other hand the other one, makes a huge revenue of 59.39 crore rupees.
